• Communication records. When you interact with us on WhatsApp, by phone, or by email, we keep records of those conversations, including messages, call notes, and meeting minutes, so we can serve you better.
• Project information. If you engage our services, we collect information needed to deliver your project — site address, design preferences, documents you share with us, and billing details.
• Advertising context. For leads that come from Meta platforms, we receive basic campaign context (such as which advertisement or form you responded to) so we can understand how you found us.

• To respond to your enquiry and contact you about our interior design services — by phone, WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
• To prepare proposals, estimates, and designs you have requested.
• To deliver and manage your project, including scheduling, invoicing, and after-sales support.
